- Ambuja Cement wanted to strengthen loyalty across its retailer and dealer network, not through another sales meeting but through an experience their families would enjoy and remember.
- Our concept
- We turned the channel meet into a family fun day: lawn games, food, races and stage entertainment for retailers, dealers and their families.
- Scale
- A two-day meet with roughly 500 attendees each day.
- What we ran
- A full outdoor day of activities with open lawns for games and races, a shared meal, stage entertainment and branded touchpoints throughout.
- The result
- A well-attended, high-energy channel event that gave retailers and dealers a reason to associate the brand with goodwill, not just business terms.
